the story of wastED's "Dog Food"

Neighborhood butcher Dickson’s Farmstand Meats has an excess of offal (like heart, liver, and kidney) and meat scraps that they can never sell. So what do they do? Make dog food. We took those uncoveted but deeply flavorful cuts and reinterpreted them into ‘Dog Food’ meatloaf, inspired by their veterinary-approved recipe. (You can make your own variation using the Dickson’s formula, here.)

It puts the standard version to shame.
